We had a pathetic and traumatic experience with this agency when we booked it for shifting our home from Ahmedabad to Hyderabad in September 2025. We were given an estimate of 18,000/- INR as the packing and moving charges, inclusive of GST and insurance, for a private tempo. But once the luggage was loaded into the vehicle the agency sent us the invoice of Rs. 24,000/- INR stating that insurance will be charged separately. When we called the agency, they kept on changing the amount to Rs. 3000, Rs. 6000 and Rs 11,000/- above the estimate we had received. We were also told that the luggage has reached Surat and it will be dumped there if we don’t pay the extra charges. Later, when we agreed to pay Rs. 3000/- extra, they again changed the statement saying that the luggage will now leave from Ahmedabad. Once the luggage left Ahmedabad, we came to know that they had pooled our house stuff in a vehicle carrying commercial material and it got delayed in reaching Hyderabad by 2 days. We had to stay in hotel for those days which cost us Rs. 5000 extra. When the luggage reached Hyderabad, they loaded our stuff in another smaller tempo and asked us to pay another Rs. 3500/- to that person. We somehow got our stuff at the destination after many arguments. But we found that they had not packed/wrapped any of the things that were not already packed by us. Additionally, many of our things were missing – blankets, mops and brooms, footwears, 4 cans of 20L Bisleri, one sack of clothes, coffee bottle (750 g) – to name a few. Moroever, our oven, mixer jars, glassware (tumblers, bowls, plates), photo frames, trolley wheels, plastic can lid were all broken as if they had handled our stuff like commercial material, when we had clearly and prominently marked all our boxes containing breakable materials. We will recommend not to opt for this agency when you have to move your house stuff.
